Buyer Requirement
Find premium bridal surface fabric before confirming the dress sample.
The customer was preparing a bridalwear capsule collection and wanted several decorative directions: soft floral lace, light sequin embroidery and a few higher-impact statement patterns. The key request was not only to see beautiful pictures, but to receive samples that could actually be used for dress cutting and repeat production.
Amber recommended a small selection from lace, sequin embroidery and mesh embroidery groups, then helped the buyer narrow the selection by handfeel, transparency, color tone and delivery schedule.
Quantity And Sampling
Small sample run first, then prepare repeatable bulk fabric.
The first stage included 18 pattern swatches and 6 larger cutting samples. After sample approval, the customer prepared an estimated first order of 1,200 meters across 4 fabric directions, with the possibility of repeat orders after final dress photography.
Production Photos
Production was arranged around approved sample direction.
After the buyer confirmed the preferred surfaces, Amber matched the project with lace and embroidery production support. The production focus was stable repeat, clean surface effect and fabric that could be used for dress sample making without extra uncertainty.
Inspection Photos
Inspection focused on surface effect, color and usable cutting area.
Before packing, the team checked the embroidery effect, color consistency, surface cleanliness and roll condition. For bridal fabric projects, the buyer cares about the visible surface more than only technical parameters, so inspection photos were prepared for quick confirmation.
Packing And Shipment
Finished rolls were packed for sample room and production use.
The order was packed by fabric direction, with labels for pattern, color and meter quantity. Shipment photos were shared before dispatch so the buyer could clearly confirm what was leaving the warehouse.
