The Japanese supermarket chain required seasonal bedding (cooling for summer, warming for winter).
Leveraging our own home textile factory, we ensured strict quality control—including rigorous needle detection—to meet the Japanese market's high safety and quality standards. We delivered finished, retail-ready bedding products directly to their distribution network.
QUANTITY AND SAMPLING
Validate Function & Safety First, Deliver Finished Bedding in Phases.
In the first phase, we shortlisted 3 cooling and 3 warming fabrics for the client to test skin-friendliness and thermal performance. After functional approval, we produced print strike-offs for their specified patterns, alongside Japanese textile safety testing (JIS). Upon full specification approval, the client placed seasonal orders (approx. 6,000m summer / 7,000m winter), delivered in phases aligned with retail launch schedules.

Our production team aligned closely with your approved samples to ensure stable quality, clean surface effects, and consistent hand feel. The focus was on delivering repeatable bulk production without unexpected deviations.

Before packing, the QC team conducted rigorous inspections focusing on color consistency, surface cleanliness, and dimensional accuracy. For your specific application, we also prepared detailed inspection photos for your quick remote confirmation.

Finished goods were packed by batch with clear labels for pattern, color, and quantity. We provided pre-shipment photos before dispatch so you could clearly confirm what was leaving the warehouse, ensuring a smooth handover.
