Recognizing the life-saving nature of this protective gear, Amber meticulously engineered handloom samples with precise yarn ratios, allowing the client to conduct rigorous in-house abrasion and scratch tests before bulk production.
QUANTITY AND SAMPLING
Confirm Yarn Blend, Pass Abrasion Testing, Then Produce Bulk Protective Fabric.
In the first phase, we selected compatible yarns to meet the ≥60% UHMWPE requirement, producing 2 handloom samples with different blend ratios for evaluation. The client conducted in-house abrasion and scratch resistance testing on the received samples. After testing passed and the final formula was confirmed, the client placed a first bulk order of 1,500 meters.
